The 26-year-old rapper, whose real name was Malcolm McCormick, was discovered unresponsive in his home in the 11600 block of Valleycrest Drive early on the morning of Sept. 7 and was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy was performed the following day, and the cause of death was deferred pending further investigation.

“It was later determined McCormick died from mixed drug toxicity — fentanyl, cocaine and ethanol,” the coroner’s office reported Monday morning. “The manner of death was certified as an accident.”
