Description
This was the home and death location of Kurt Cobain.
On April 8, an electrician, who had come to set up a security system, discovered the body of Cobain at his residence on Lake Washington Boulevard. Alongside him, a farewell letter was found, directed to Boddah, Cobain’s imaginary friend from his youth, expressing a loss of joy in both listening to and making music, as well as in the act of writing, feelings that had persisted for several years. It was determined that Cobain had been deceased for several days by the time he was found, with the medical examiner’s findings indicating that his passing occurred on April 5, 1994, when he was 27 years old.
